In einem jetzt veröffentlichten Urteil hat das Amtsgericht München der vom Landgericht Hamburg vertretenen Auffassung zur Störerhaftung in Foren widersprochen. Nach Ansicht des Münchner Richters ist eine Vorabzensur von Beiträgen in öffentlichen Foren oder Kommentaren zu Blogeinträgen, wie von den Hamburger Richtern teilweise gefordert, dem Betreiber nur in sehr seltenen Fällen zumutbar.
