in allen ersten Installationen (bis Rev. 1844) werden die Forenbeiträge nicht gezählt bzw. werden neue Beiträge nicht angezeigt. In einigen Fällen werden auch keine News und keine Announcements angezeigt.
Das ist ein Fehler in meiner db.php, die der Installer benutzt um die Datenbank anzulegen.

Der Fix dazu:
Ladet die aktuelle Version aus dem Download auf Eure Webseite.
Startet den Installer. Der wird (nach Eingabe der Datenbankdaten) feststellen, dass es sich um ein Upgrade handelt. Ein entsprechendes Auswahlfeld (Neue Installation - Upgrade) wird euch angezeigt. Lasst es bitte auf Upgrade stehen. Sollte diese Auswahl NICHT erscheinen, so habt Ihr bei der Eingabe des Tabellenpräfix einen Fehler oder ihr habt die falsche Datenbank genommen.
Das nächste Auswahlfeld zeigt an, ob die bestehenden Tabellen gelöscht werden sollen. Hier bitte auf NEIN stehen lassen.
Danach dann auf der nächsten Seite die Installtion der Datenbanktabellen starten.
Sobald das beendet ist, könnt Ihr die Installation abbrechen.
Geht Ihr nun auf Eure Webseite, werden Euch die Beiträge, News und Announcements richtig angezeigt.

Sorry für diesen Fehler, der im Eifer des Gefechtes entstand.

Hi,

in all Installation from Revisions before 1844, der you see in your Forums no new postings and sometimes no new News or Announcements. These behaviour comes from an error on database creation. I have made this error in the db.php which is used from the Installer to create the database tables.

To Fix this:
Download the actual Version from our Download Section onto your website.
Start the Installer. You will see, that the Installer (after you entered the informations for database access) recognice, that this is an upgrade. A new Selectionfield will be visible. Don't change it - let it stay on "Upgrade". If this Selection isn't available after you entered your database access informations and submitted them, it is in most cases, that you didn't select the table prefix you used in your original installation.
Next what is shown is the selectionbox where you be asked, if you want to delete the tables. Please let this field as it is on "No".
On the next Installer site start Tablesetup.
After finishing tablesetup you can leave the installert, because this was the only thing we needed: a correction of the database.

If you now visit your website, you will see in the Forums, that the new postings, news and announcements will be shown in a proper way.
